On Friday, Truffle Bay and The Hamptons Bay received the DDC Award »God Design 2019« in the category »Identity« for the unique brand design of Jelbi, the new brand of Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG) for its intermodal Mobility-as-a-Service platform, at the DDC Gala in Frankfurt am Main.
Jelbi connects Berlin's public transport system with a wide range of sharing offers – in one app and at main traffic hubs in the city: flexible, convenient, sustainable. Truffle Bay and The Hamptons Bay developed the brand positioning for the new brand and, based on this, a versatile design system with a characteristic pattern inspired by the routes, intersections and dynamic movements of urban mobility as the most striking element.
