Sebastian Becker joins the Bays

The creative comes from Martin et Karczinski and will in future head the creation of the Truffle Bay design subsidiary The Hamptons Bay Design Company [today Truffle Bay]. In addition, Magdalena von Gosen will strengthen the design team as a project manager.

The Munich agency The Hamptons Bay Design Company is expanding its creation and is bringing a decorated creative on board with Sebastian Becker. As Head of Design, Becker heads the 10-member team and will be responsible for all branding projects. The second Creative Director Mo Toutoungi, 41, will in future expand the Digital segment.

The 38-year-old communication designer Becker studied and taught at the HTWG Konstanz. His career then led him first to Meyer-Hayoz Design Engineering in Winterthur before moving to Martin et Karczinski in Munich. There he spent three years as art director with his team, mainly responsible for the clients Kuka, Lauda and Nürnberger Versicherungen. His work has received several awards, including the »ADC Nagel« in bronze, the »German Brand Award« and the »Corporate Design Preis«.

With Sebastian Becker, we were able to engage an experienced branding expert, with whom we can support our customers even better in all elementary design disciplines.«

Magdalena von Gosen is also new to the team. The 35-year-old graduate designer comes from the agency Mërz Punkt, which specializes in sustainability, and will strengthen the team at The Hamptons Bay as a project manager.
